ISSF Shooting Jacket Measurement Guide

Record seven general body measurements. Confirm the manufacturer’s exact definitions before ordering.

This is a general recording guide, not an ISSF-certified protocol. Use the exact measurement definitions from the manufacturer before ordering.

Before measuring

1. Clothing

Follow the selected brand’s instructions about clothing layers. Confirm unclear instructions with the manufacturer.

2. Tape placement

Use a flexible tape. For circumferences keep it level, flat and untwisted.

3. Natural stance

Stand naturally and breathe normally. Do not deliberately expand your chest or draw in your stomach.

4. Ask for help

Ask a coach, teammate or parent to read the tape without changing your posture. Repeat uncertain measurements.

Chest, height and an explicit garment pattern are needed for supported chart comparison. Other dimensions are optional references.
Values stay in this tab. Transfer temporarily uses tab storage, removes the draft after import, and does not place measurements in the URL.
